All Handpans are shipped with DHL, insured up to a value of min. 2.500 €.

Europe: 80 €

For deliveries to countries that are not members of the European Union, additional customs duties and fees may apply.

Currently, we offer shipping to non-European countries only upon personal request. Please send us the desired scale and your address by e-mail:

Collection:

However, the ordered goods can also be picked up by the customer directly at Nebula Handpans, Buchkirchen, by appointment. The customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as the goods are ready for collection.

Control:

The goods must be inspected for transport damage immediately after receipt by the customer or his representative. The customer must have ascertainable transport and packaging damage confirmed in writing by the transport company upon acceptance of the goods and report this to Nebula Handpans. We ask legally non-binding to report us obviously recognizable transport damage by means of photo documentation.
